Dharma  Chakra  on  our  National flag is also the Western Command Insignia.  Interpreting  the  wheel, Dr. S Radhakrishnan stated "Truth and   Virtue"   ought   to   be   the controlling  principles  of  all those who  work  under  this  flag;  again, the wheel denotes motion. There is death  in  stagnation  and  life  in movement.
