THE COLONEL’S MESSAGE


    On my assumption as Chief of Army Staff, I extend my warm greetings and best wishes to the entire RAJPUT fraternity.  It is a great honour and privilege bestowed upon me by the nation.  This has been possible due to all the support provided by the Regiment.
   
    As the Colonel of the Regiment, I remain steadfast to my commitment to build upon and carry forward the glorious legacy left behind by my distinguished predecessors.  We shall continue to uphold the rich traditions of the Regiment and strive for excellence in all spheres as we have done so far.  I am confident that the RAJPUTs will continue to grow from strength to strength.

     I continue to seek the blessings of all the ‘Elders’ of the Regiment and offer my homage to the martyrs whose sacrifices we are proud of.  I pray to the Almighty to bless all the RAJPUTs and our families with all the success and happiness in the days ahead.
