ASC IN "OPERATION IMDAD"

Consequent to trembles of earth quake on 08 Oct 05, wide range activities relating to assessment of damages, recovery of assets, relief to affected people etc commenced on war footing under code name "OP IMDAD". Damages caused due to earth quake were very severe and of far reaching consequences particularly in gen public.  ASC units/sub units loc within the earthquake zone were also equally affected.  Notwithstanding, relief work was under taken on a day-to-day basis by ASC units.
