Cultural Events

  •     The IMTRAT organises it’s Raising Day during September - October every year at Haa. The event is immensely popular amongst the local population by virtue of attractions like :-

    • The Grand Mela and the Raffle.
    • Dare devil displays.
    • Sports and games.
    • Variety of eateries .
    • Shoppers paradise.
    • Stage shows.
    • Cultural pageants.

  •      Independence and Republic Days of India are major events celebrated at Thimpu. The grand occasions are marked by:-

    • Ceremonial parades.
    • Cultural pageants. 
    • Social interactions.
Sports Events

The schedule of various sports competitions for the year is as under :-

Besides the above, triangular tournaments are held between IMTRAT, RBA and RBG to foster the ties between the two friendly armies.
