It is submitted that Territorial Army
is a voluntary, part time Citizen's Army. Graduates aged between 18
to 42 years who are gainfully employed can apply for a grant of
commission in Territorial Army. No Objection Certificate (NOC) is a
mandatory requirement for applying for TA commission in respect of
employed candidates.
