1. With a view to address problems being faced by serving JCOs & OR and Ex-servicemen, a dedicated Helpline known as ‘ASHRAYA’ has since been established and has become functional wef 22 July 2013.


2. This Helpline has been provided with the following facilities :-

3. Concerned individual can lodge his/her grievance, in brief, using one of the options given above depending upon the availability of facility to the person lodging grievance. Upon receipt of grievance, a Query Registration No will be given on the spot through the media on which the grievance is received by ‘ASHRAYA’. For further progress, the concerned person to quote the Query Registration No so allotted.

4. The ‘ASHRAYA’ will address the grievance with all speed and due priority, not later than 72 working hours. It will not be available on closed holiday, Sunday and Saturday afternoon. All other days, the ‘ASHRAYA’ will be available from 0800h to 1830h.
